A signature 2-night/3-day immersive program held at Madhomni Te Sanskriti Sadans like TMGH. Participants explore modern tools for communication, financial awareness, digital literacy, mindfulness, and social engagement — designed specifically for those in their second innings.

The 100-Year Life Plan

A guided reflective workshop that helps participants map out their values, priorities, and aspirations for the decades ahead. Learn how to align health, habits, finances, relationships, and spirituality with the goal of living a full, vibrant century.

Community Meets & Circles

In-person and virtual spaces where senior seekers connect, share life stories, laugh together, and discuss everything from health to happiness to heartbreak. A space to be seen, heard, and celebrated.

Graceful Getaways

Our conscious travel program designed for seniors — featuring nature-integrated escapes to tranquil destinations like Dolkhamb, Veloshi, or Dehene. These are slow-paced, soul-nourishing vacations that combine leisure with learning and friendship with freedom.

Mind-Body-Soul Practices

A curated bouquet of age-appropriate yoga, breathing techniques, reflective journaling, sound meditation, and wellness rituals to support graceful aging. Offered in all retreats and daily during residential stays.

Elders as Mentors Program

A volunteer-driven initiative where members of the Centenarians community share their life wisdom with young seekers, interns, or visitors at Madhomni Te campuses. Because experience is a treasure meant to be passed on.
